A trio of the world's premier entertainers - Frank Sinatra, Liza Minelli and Sammy Davis Jnr, get together in this unique spectacular.

This programme includes rare scenes of the performers as they rehearse and relax beofre the show. Then filmed live with eight cameras, Sammy Davis opens "The Ultimate Event". With his special rendition of numbers like "Candy Man" and "What Kind of Fool Am I", we are reminded of just how many great songs he has recorded over the years. Liza is next and her sparkle and marvelous talent are displayed when she sings such favourites as "Ring Them Bells" and "Cabaret". The third segment of the video is dominated by the "Chairman of the Board", Frank Sinatra. Still full of song, he chats to the audience in between classics like "Mack the knife", "For Once In My Life" and "My Way".

The climax comes with all three on stage at once. They weave in and out of songs, taking the spotlight in turn yet never upstaging each other. This wonderful medley includes "And the World Goes Round", "Witchcraft" and "I've Got You Under My Skin". The grand finale is "New York, New York" which leaves the audience breathless. A testament to these living legends.
