It includes workouts on both stamina and strength which gradually increase in intensity at the right pace. It shows you how to exercise properly and efficiently and, most importantly, how to keep your motivation going to complete the full 12 weeks and achieve total fitness for health, for sport and for life. Jeremy Guscott plays for the British Lions and Bath Rugby Club. He won ITV's "Best Sporting Moment" award for the winning drop kick in the 1997 Lions Tour of South Africa he also presents ITV's "Gladiators".The Lilleshall Sports Injury & Human Performance Centre is a sports science and sports medicine consultant to The Rugby Football Union, The FA Carling Premiership, The Professional Footballers' Association, The British Olympic Association and The English Sports Council, amongst many others.
