Greetings - Jonathan Warden - Castle Flowers - Action - Pal - VHS

One of the most popular anti-establishment films of the late sixties and early seventies, Greetings is a brash, exhilarating comedy set in New York's hip underground.

Society makes little sense of three crazy young New Yorkers, Jon Rubin (Robert De Niro), Lloyd Clay (Gerrit Graham) and Paul Shaw (Jonathan Warden). Each is obsessed about something, one about sex, another about the Warren report on Kennedy's assassination and the third about voyeurism, and the result is a hilarious, off-beat attack on American society.

A testament of its times, Greetings reflects the political unrest of 1968 America and the despair in Vietnam, while at the same time giving a brilliantly edgy and thoroughly modern comedy.

Running time: 88 MINS APPROX

*Suitable Only For Persons of 18 Years And Over
