A taste of Summer Wine as gentle as ever - brimful with sparkling humour and just a hint of gritty cynicism. Seymour, Compo and Clegg once again amble over hill and dale in search of...well, whatever is just around the corner. Joined by all the regulars including Crusher, Nora Batty, Howard, Barry, Glenda, Wesley and Edie.

(Originally transmitted - 26th November 1989) In expectation of future favours, Compo gallantly offers to transport Nora Batty's mangle to Sammy Peters house. After all it's only a few miles. A near-hernia, a damaged police ear, an encounter with an unconvincing master of disguise and an out-of-control mangle-onwheels later and our heroes are left seriously doubting the things we do for (someone else's) lust.

(Originally transmitted - 22nd March 1987) Obviously Zen never practised his Buddhism in the bitter Yorkshire cold. Failing to impress in his instruction of the ancient art, Seymour settles on demonstrating how to put the wind to use. As Compo powers down the highway at a rate of knots, aided only by a sail and a pair of rollerskates, he has little time to consider his position as 'a welly-note to history.

(Originally transmitted - 23rd October 1988) The underwater world of...Compo! Seymour turns his attention to the hidden booty that supposedly lies at the foot of the canal. Wesley's engineering talent and Nora Batty's bucket reveals a whole new world of mattresses and soggy wellies, until Compo is persuaded to man the Underwater Exploration Vehicle. Meanwhile Howard and Marina have found the ideal secluded romantic spot - a fishing boat on the canal...
